Welcome to Hickory Hollow Hideaway, a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath cabin tucked away in beautiful Wears Valley. With room for up to 8 guests, this peaceful Smoky Mountain retreat is a great choice for families, couples, or friends traveling together.

Inside, you`ll find a warm, inviting cabin with an open-concept living, dining and kitchen area, beautiful wood interiors and plenty of room to gather. The cabin features two king beds, one queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa, giving everyone comfortable space to settle in.

Step outside and enjoy the spacious decks surrounded by the wooded beauty of Wears Valley. Relax in the private hot tub after a day of exploring, enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh mountain air, or fire up the gas grill for an easy dinner at the cabin.

Hickory Hollow Hideaway also offers plenty of paved parking for up to four vehicles and a convenient location for exploring both sides of the Smokies. Head toward Pigeon Forge for attractions, dining and entertainment, or toward Townsend for a quieter gateway into Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Whether your plans include exploring the national park, enjoying the attractions of Pigeon Forge, or simply relaxing together at the cabin, Hickory Hollow Hideaway makes a comfortable home base for your Smoky Mountain getaway.

Rules & Regulations
1. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM Eastern Time, and check-out time is 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
2. Smoking
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted outside on the deck. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. If this policy is violated and additional cleaning or remediation is required, a $250 remediation fee may be charged.
3. Minimum Age
The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. We do not rent to vacationing students or individuals under 25 unless accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.
4. Payment
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your dates. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
5. Cancellations
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation.
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty.
Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit the 50% deposit.
Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in, as well as early departures, do not qualify for a refund of rent or deposit.
6. Quiet Time
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors. Guests who repeatedly violate quiet hours may be asked to leave the property.
7. Maximum Occupancy
Please refer to the individual property listing for the maximum number of permitted guests. The maximum occupancy may not be exceeded without prior approval.
8. Minimum Stay
This property requires a 2-night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holidays and other peak periods.
9. Inclusive Fees
Rates include a one-time linen and towel setup. Applicable amenity fees are included in the rental rate unless otherwise stated.
10. Housekeeping, Linens & Check-Out
Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Linens and bath towels are provided. Additional housekeeping services may be available for an additional charge.
We recommend bringing separate towels for the pool and hot tub. Bath towels and linens provided at the property may not be taken to the pool.
Before departure, please place dishes in the dishwasher and take all trash to the designated bear-proof container. Additional charges may be assessed if required check-out procedures are not followed.
11. Rate Changes
Rates are subject to change without notice prior to booking.
12. Pet Policy
Hickory Hollow Hideaway is pet friendly for dogs only.
A maximum of 2 dogs is permitted with the required $125 non-refundable pet fee.
Pets must be disclosed and the pet fee paid prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and for any damage or excessive cleaning caused by a pet.
Bringing an unauthorized pet onto the property may result in a $250 unauthorized-pet fee.
13. Seasonal Pool Access
Guests of Hickory Hollow Hideaway have access to the nearby Honeysuckle Meadows seasonal swimming pool during its operating season.
The pool is a separate, off-site amenity and is not located at Hickory Hollow Hideaway. Pool operating dates, hours, rules, closures, and availability are determined by Honeysuckle Meadows and are subject to change.

b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the state of emergency is lifted; and
c. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the state of emergency period.
