Unwind in this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo, located at the northern most point of Cherry Grove Beach. This quiet, second floor unit sleeps 6 and is in the gated Inlet Point Villas (IPV) community. Enjoy beautiful views of the inlet, the sound, and the marsh from your back balcony. Enjoy sunrise from the front balcony. Then take a short walk to the beach from one of our community’s many private beach access points.
This condo boasts:
• A fully equipped kitchen, including griddle, waffle maker, blender, and slow cooker.
• Towels and sheets…some IPV units do, and some don’t. WE DO!
• Coffee station for drip and K-cup coffee (starter K-cups provided).
• Pantry space for food so you can keep things organized and countertops clear if you want!
• Full bathrooms for each bedroom with shower/tub combos.
• TVs with cable in main living room and master. TV with DVD and streaming device hookups in second bedroom.
• Ceiling fans: 2 in the main living area and one in each bedroom.
• King-sized bed in master bedroom.
• Full-sized bed under twin bunk bed in second bedroom.
• One private balcony looking at the pool.
• One shared balcony with marsh and inlet views. Includes outdoor dining.
• Updated stainless steel appliances and floors.
• Full-sized washer and dryer in unit.
• Central AC and heating.

• Basic starter paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, and dish towels provided.
