Enjoy a stay in this unique and quiet accommodation on the first floor of a chalet.
In St Martin, Sallanches, this attic apartment of 75 m2 is ideal for a couple. It combines a living room, a kitchen and a large corner table overlooking a panoramic view in a single room. The bathroom includes a sink with its vanity, a small bathtub with shower, a toilet and a washing machine. A toilet is separate. On the balcony a table/chairs and a deckchair.
When you reach the top of the stairs you discover a large attic room and light thanks to the skylights and the French window with a bird's eye view of the landscape.
The kitchen area is separated from the living room by a cabinet and a large table. This table can be detached and can accommodate up to 10 people if you wish to receive for a meal.
On the right at the top of the stairs a cupboard with a private linen store and the electrical panel as well as wifi. A private closed room, then the bathroom, and the bedroom with wardrobe (on the upper shelf a reserve of towels for rental).
Under the outside staircase you will find bins for selective sorting as well as the number 2 key box.
Close to St Gervais, Cordon, Megève, Les Contamines-Montjoie, Chamonix, Le Plateau d'Assy Plaine Joux.
5 minutes from the bus station. Very close to the lakes of Passy and Les Ilettes, close to hiking trails and shops.
