House was very clean. Had most anything one might use available. Owner very easy to communicate with. Family had a great Karaoke night in the building next to the pool. There is a great deal of climbing. Everyone in the family considered it a great vacation place.

We throughly enjoyed this property. It has plenty of room for a large gathering and the building by the pool is perfect for entertaining. There was a lot of thought put into providing lots of activities for both adults and children to enjoy

The deck next to the jacuzzi is broken and feels unsafe. The stairs leading down to the lake are loose and very unsafe. Inside the house, there is a strong moldy/musty smell. The pool table surface is damaged, and the electronic arcade game does not work. Many items in the backyard are also not usable.I hope the owner can repair and maintain the property better for future guests.
