The property was nice. Couple of things when we got in. The coffee pot still had coffee in it. And the fridge is pretty small. The Location was great, but it is hard to leave windows open to keep the room cool because it is very noisy outside. From worker vehicles to late night loud people and cars. Overall rating good...just a few minor issues. Odd we coud not use washer and dryer wither

Really cool spot along the river! We loved being able to walk anywhere in town and enjoyed getting to see some wildlife too! The AC is not really built for super hot days, so just know to open windows at night and enjoy the outdoors as much as possible!

Post site accurate.Best location for v short stroll to downtown.Parking arrangements terrific.I lacked patience to learn basic TV operation-quick start guide suggested.A/C in upstairs only.In late June, lucky we cooled unit quickly by opening windows form warmth accumulated during day.

Great location in Estes Park. Really enjoyed our time here. A few things that made it just okay: 1. The dryer didn’t work. 2. The kitchen is difficult to cook in and the fridge is a mini fridge. 3. There are only about 7 parking spaces for all of the units. So sometimes need to park in the lot across the street. 4. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels and our stay was short - only 3 nights.
