Spacious modern Apartment overlooking Upper Gardens and Bournemouth Square.Super views from both sitting room and bedroom. Spacious Kitchen is well supplied with utensils etc.
Large fridge/freezer, modern oven , microwave and hob.
Sitting Room is light with two large windows , large smart TV, large comfortable sofa.
Door off to Balcony with seating, great for the pre dinner drinks, breakfast etc or just atching the people pass by.
Flooring is LTV with rugs. Heating throughout in each room. Washingmachine on kitchen balcony,
The Square is a lively area with lots of good restaurants, and takeaways, a small but substantial supermarket just below, beautiful Upper and Lower Gardens which leads to the beach in 8 mins.
Lift access to 5th Floor.
Easy transport to many local areas, i.e. New Forest, Durasic Coast,Sandbanks, Salisbury, Weymouth,Westbourne, Southbourne,Tuckton, Mudeford, Bournemouth Rail station,Swanage,etc.
