Guangzhou Savile Zhouyi Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Saville Zhouyi Hotel during our visit to Guangzhou for the Canton Fair. We stayed in Room 3003, which was exceptionally spacious, clean, comfortable and well-maintained. We were impressed by the generous room size and overall cleanliness. The hotel team also kindly accommodated our special requests, including arranging an additional bed and helping with our bathroom requirements, making our stay much more comfortable. What truly made our experience special was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. We would especially like to thank: - Mr. Yao Jun (Manager) – For his professionalism, excellent management and commitment to guest satisfaction. - Ms. Zhang Wenhui (Reception) – One of the most helpful people throughout our stay. She was friendly, attentive and always willing to assist us. - Ms. Li Ying (Reception) – Zhang Wenhui's wonderful colleague, who was equally welcoming and supportive. - Ms. Xiao Luo (Afternoon Reception) – For her kindness, patience and assistance during our stay. - Mr. Jiang Guy (Early Morning Reception) – For his warm welcome and helpfulness during our early-morning check-in. A very special appreciation also goes to the kitchen staff and cooks, who were incredibly helpful and considerate of our vegetarian dietary requirements. Their kindness and willingness to accommodate our food preferences made a meaningful difference. We would also like to thank the housekeeping team for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of Room 3003. Everyone, from the management to the reception, kitchen and housekeeping teams, made us feel genuinely welcome. Although the hotel is a little farther from the metro and central Guangzhou attractions, the spacious rooms, cleanliness, comfort and exceptional service made our stay worthwhile. We sincerely appreciate the entire team and would happily recommend this hotel to other travellers visiting Guangzhou. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

The only tiny drawback was a slight bleach smell from the cleaning products, for which I deducted just 0.1 points. Everything else was absolutely perfect! 😊
