Days Hotel Baku

It was a great place to stay. The staff was excellent, specially the manager Nargiz (FOM) Who facilitated our requests and was very courteous. She also helped with late checkout also!. Ayyaz was also great who helped with topping up our BakiCart. Overall the staff was exceptional!. Spa facility and manager were also good, it was great using their facilities and everything was super clean and top notch Breakfast spread was extensive with good variety and was also very delicious Also I must say, the house keeping was the best I've ever experienced, I've stayed at Mariott, Ramada etc but House keeping is always slow everywhere. The house keeping here was great and exceptionally fast. Every inch of the room was spotless and they cleaned it daily. When I requested an iron, I got it in under a minute.

Nothing particularly bad to report. A few suggestions to improve: - Room could benefit from extra lighting, as I found it to be a bit dark - Their hallways are similar to Mariott Baku Boulevard, if they add extra lighting on the ceiling, and update the light fixtures on the walls of the halls it would look great! - Pillows were a tad high and hard
