We had a lovely stay at Teodiaz Stays and would happily book again! The property was very clean and incredibly spacious, with plenty of room to relax and a large parking area that made things really convenient. The location worked well for us too, around a 15–20-minute drive from Newcastle city centre. Check-in was very smooth, and Terry was friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout. We especially appreciated him arranging an early check-in so we could drop off our luggage and get changed before heading out. That thoughtful gesture made a real difference to our day. Although we only stayed for one night, we felt very well looked after. The combination of space, cleanliness and welcoming service made it a great base for our trip. We would definitely recommend this property and would choose it again next time we’re in Newcastle. Thank you, Terry, for making everything so easy!

It took us a little while to find the heater at first, but we eventually realised it was right beside the entrance door - just a little tip for future guests!
