Piscine avec vue sur la baie très belle. Studio propre et plutôt bien équipé.

Accueil un peu rapide et parking présent mais si pas de places compliqué de se garer car c’est pentu.

הגענו באיחור.. המקום קרוב מאוד לשדה התעופה וגם הנוף שם מקסים.. אבל לא הספקנו כי הגענו באיחור

שיהיו כלים במטבח שימושיים כמו פנג׳אן גדול (היה פנג׳אן להרתיח קפה כו חלב אבל קטן מאוד), קומקום לא נקי ומלא אבנית (אסור להשתמש בו). דלת ראשית לא נסגרת אבל ננעלת במפתח. לא הצלחנו ליצור קשר עם המארחת והשתמשנו בטלפונים של אחרים (היו 3 מספרים נסינו להתקשר יומיים במשך יומיים אבל השיחות תמיד נכשלו)

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views overlooking Dubrovnik and the sea. The host was incredibly helpful, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. We really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Everything was amazing

The equipment as advertised on booking.com is not available. Jacuzzi, fitness centre and sauna are there, but are unavailable, so most of the factors, that would make this accomodation otherwise outstanding, are out of game. But you still pay the premium price. They say it's because of Covid regulations, but make no steps to eliminate risks and meet customers' requirements (like limiting usage to one customer at a time, which would efficiently solve the problem without making the services unavailable). They are not willing to talk about any possibilities at all, just make all the services unavailable and that's it. The appartments are managetd by an agency, not an individual, and their attitude is definitely not customer oriented, it's rather routine.
