I’m really glad we chose PALA Homestay. The property was very clean, check-in was incredibly smooth, and the host was excellent with communication. Everything was straightforward and hassle-free from the start.
The location was another big plus. It was easy to get around Hanoi, with plenty of places to eat and explore nearby. The amenities were convenient, and the place was comfortable, making it a great base for our trip.
Everything about the experience felt easy, and we really appreciated how well the host handled things. A big thank you for the hospitality. We’d happily recommend PALA to anyone visiting Hanoi!
Nothing in particular. We had a very comfortable stay and everything went smoothly.
