This newly rennovated Gulf Front unit will make you feel right at home with it's warm and cozy decor. Neutral tile throughout the common areas, updated kitchen with new appliances, cabinets & countertops, as well as soft blue hues throughout. Enjoy LCD flat panel TV's in the living room and both bedrooms,with DVD players in both the living room and master bedroom. This unit has a King and 2 Twin beds and a dinette that seats 4. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets while sitting out on the extended balcony that overlooks the beach and Gulf.

Perfect location for a vacation. When we weren't enjoying the beach and the view we could walk across the street for good food or ride the trolley in to the village for even more options. The staff at House of the Sun is very friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the beach! The area is great- lots to do. Staff were consistently helpful and kind. The unit was clean and comfortable. It’s does seem dated for the price. Some of the other units in the building have newer furniture, bedding and appliances. In addition, for the price, it seems absurd that the four of us were only allowed two beach chairs. We brought towels and sat on them rather than pay for additional chairs.
