5. The spa is *not* a hot tub it only heats the pool and has no jets.
6. The heater uses a heat exchanger system, which may not function properly in cold weather. There are no refunds if the desired temperature is not reached.
Note: Optional and subject to availability.

ATTENTION: The pool heating system operates on the WARM setting, not Hot.
The Warm temperature is the standard for vacation homes in Florida - it keeps the water warm and comfortable, but not hot like jacuzzi.
The heating system used (heat pump) is specifically designed to maintain the pool water at a WARM and pleasant level, not at a hot temperature.
