5. The spa is *not* a hot tub—it only heats the pool and has no jets.
6. The heater uses a heat exchanger system, which may not function properly in cold weather. There are no refunds if the desired temperature is not reached.
Note: Optional and subject to availability.

ATTENTION: The pool heating system operates on the WARM setting, not Hot.
The Warm temperature is the standard for vacation homes in Florida - it keeps the water warm and comfortable, but not hot like jacuzzi.
The heating system used (heat pump) is specifically designed to maintain the pool water at a WARM and pleasant level, not at a hot temperature.

Trash Disposal
• Please place all trash in the plastic bins daily.
• Do not leave empty shopping bags lying around on the day of your check-out. Please place them in the bin.

SERVICE ANIMAL POLICY - ADA COMPLIANCE
In accordance with U.S. federal law (ADA – Americans with Disabilities Act), guests accompanied by service animals are not charged any additional fees, pet fees, deposits, or extra costs related to the animal.
Any actual damage caused by the service animal may be charged through the platform, in the same manner as it would be for any guest.

Although it is neither requested nor expected, some guests voluntarily choose to contribute an amount between $80 and $150 to help with deep cleaning.
