The layout of the house is as follows:

Interior spaces:
- Living room: equipped with a television, Wi-Fi internet connection via a router, armchairs/sofa and radiators/reversible air conditioning.
- Fitted kitchen & dining room: open-plan kitchen comprising hob, oven, microwave, extractor hood, mini-fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, wine glasses, a full set of crockery, cutlery and basic kitchen utensils (saucepans, frying pans, oil, etc. ). A dining table is also provided.
- Mezzanine / Bedroom: sleeping area featuring a high-quality double bed (160 cm) with bed linen provided.
- Shower room: comprising a shower, a washbasin unit with mirror, a hairdryer and a bin.

Outdoor spaces & estate facilities:
- Private terrace with garden furniture and an outdoor dining area for enjoying meals al fresco.
- Garden and courtyard: unobstructed views of the estate’s garden and courtyard.
- Swimming pool: free access to the outdoor swimming pool, heated to 28 °C (open from May to September), equipped with sun loungers.
- Parking: access to free private parking directly on site.

Services and facilities included:
- Reversible air conditioning and heating.
- Full set of linen provided (bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels).
- Washing machine, ironing equipment and cleaning products available.
- Cleaning and disinfection service included at the end of your stay.
- Contactless check-in and check-out via 24-hour self-service entry (access via a key box) and private entrance to the accommodation.
- Safety: the accommodation is fitted with a smoke detector and has a well-lit entrance.

The house is accessible by car only. Free private parking is available on site, with no prior booking required.

The holiday cottage is situated in Carlux, in the heart of the Périgord Noir countryside. It is an ideal base for visiting the region’s must-see tourist and historical attractions (Sarlat, the Dordogne Valley, castles, caves) as well as the Corrèze. The surroundings are peaceful, lush and perfect for outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking or horse riding.

As the area is not served by rapid public transport, the only way to reach the accommodation is by private car. The nearest railway station is in Souillac or Sarlat-la-Canéda.
