The 85 m² ground-floor apartment is furnished for seven people.

In addition to three separate bedrooms (one with a bunk bed, one with a double bed and a single bed, and one with two single beds), it features a separate kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and oven.

The combined living and dining room offers modern entertainment options, including a color TV and a mini stereo system.

A bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a separate toilet, complete the apartment's amenities.

Large sliding doors lead to the terrace and small garden. This layout makes the apartment particularly suitable for families with young children and also accessible for people with disabilities.
