Welcome to Magnolia Haus, a bright Tifton retreat where Southern charm meets easy comfort. Blush, sage, and botanical accents complement a private king suite, two queen rooms, and open gathering spaces.
The home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a queen sleeper sofa, fenced yard, community pool and playground, garage parking, and a peaceful setting. Maximum occupancy is six; the sleeper sofa does not increase it.
Come Settle In
The living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together for gathering, while the split-bedroom design adds privacy.
Sleeping Arrangements
The primary suite has a king bed and walk-in closet. Two guest rooms each have a queen bed. A queen sleeper sofa does not increase the six-person occupancy.
Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms include a primary ensuite with garden tub and separate walk-in shower, plus a hall bathroom near the queen bedrooms.
Toiletries and Starter Supplies
Fresh linens, towels, and starter paper, dish, dishwasher, trash, cleaning, laundry, and bathroom supplies are provided. Longer stays may require more.
Living Spaces
The open living room is ready for conversation and movie nights. All TV's are SMART TV's and operate on a guest mode. You will be required to enter your checkout date and then you can log in to whatever steaming service you like. Central heating and air conditioning provide year-round comfort.

Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and all of the everyday essentials—perfect for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. Cookware, dishes, glassware, dishwasher, air fryer, KitchenAid mixer, and kettle are available. A drip coffee maker and Nespresso Vertuo machine are provided for guest use. Standard 8–12 cup coffee filters are available; Nespresso pods are not provided. The dining space is beside the kitchen and living room.

A dedicated desk and desk chair support remote work and online classes. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.

Enjoy Smart TVs, board games, cornhole, and giant Jenga. Outdoor games must be returned inside after use.

The fenced private backyard includes a hammock, propane fire pit, covered patio with comfortable seating, cornhole, giant Jenga, and solar lighting.
Guests may use the neighborhood pool and playground subject to HOA rules and closures. The HOA permits two people from the house at the pool at one time. A fob is required for entry and exit; the area is monitored and violations may disable access. The fob is next to the refrigerator. Supervise children and pets outdoors and near amenities.
Laundry
An in-home washing machine and dryer are available for guest use—especially convenient for longer stays, families, and work trips.
Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome. All pets are required to be reflected on the reservation before check-in. A pet fee of $75 per dog, per stay applies. Cats may be considered on a case-by-case basis and require written approval before booking. If a cat is approved, the applicable cat fee will be confirmed before booking and may differ from the standard dog fee.
Keep gates closed, supervise pets, and clean up waste. Guests are responsible for pet damage or excessive cleaning.
Parking

Important Things to Note
Maximum occupancy is six guests. The queen sleeper sofa does not increase maximum occupancy.
Visitor Policy: Only registered guests may stay overnight at the property. Day visitors are permitted, but the total number of registered guests and visitors on the property may not exceed the property’s maximum occupancy at any time. All visitors who are not included in the reservation must leave the property by 10:00 PM unless they have been added to the reservation as approved overnight guests.
No parties or events are permitted.
No Smoking or Vaping: This is strictly a smoke-free property. A $1,000 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations.
The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Follow posted pool rules and return the pool fob. A minimum $500 charge plus actual replacement or reprogramming costs applies to a lost or unreturned access device or key.
