- Dining area with a table and chairs for 4 people

- Open Sleeping area with a Queen-size bed and a small desk

- Full bathroom with bathtub, sink, toilet, and washing machine

- Furnished balcony with a table and chairs



The cleaning fee includes the provision of clean sheets and towels for each guest. Cleaning is carried out by a professional.
