Just a short 6-minute walk from the Oasis Club at ChampionsGate (0.4 miles from our home) has a heated pool, heated lazy river, a children`s splash zone, all surrounded by plenty of loungers and private cabanas, tiki bar, sand volleyball courts, and more. The indoor space of the Club features a fitness center, aerobics room, 30-person movie theater, arcade room, meeting rooms, tuck shop, a restaurant with indoor/outdoor dining, bar and take-out service. It offers a wide variety of events such as poolside Bingo and karaoke nights! If you don`t want to drive there, don`t worry!!! You can call the shuttle to pick you up!

The Retreat Club at ChampionsGate (2 miles from our home is also open for our guests. This Club features duel waterslides, heated pool, children`s splash zone, mini golf, cabanas and a restaurant.

The ChampionsGate Country Club (1.6 miles from our home) features seven clay tennis courts and the world-renowned gold course. This facility also features a par-3, driving range, pro shop, and a restaurant with bar. Dining is available indoors and outdoors on the patio.

The Retreat at ChampionsGate: Essential Rules

GENERAL RULES:

• Observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Be respectful; permanent residents live here.
• No parking on grass, sidewalks, or blocking access areas.
• Trash should be bagged and in the designated container by 7 AM. It`s collected daily except on major holidays. Do not leave bags or bulk items on the curb.
• Bulk item pickup is available upon request (fees apply).
• Community cameras are in operation; dispose of trash properly.
• RVs, trailers, and boats are prohibited.

HOUSE RULES:

• Shoes off inside.
• No noise after 10 PM.
• Secure windows and doors when exiting.
• Avoid candles, smoking, pets, and parties/events.
• Check-in: After 4 PM.
• Check-out: By 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur fees.
• Dispose of bagged trash in the bin by 7 AM. No loose trash.
• Avoid eating/drinking in bedrooms.
• Store food properly to prevent pests.

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Door codes will be provided before arrival.
• Register all guests 18+ and drivers at the gate.
• Names should match valid government issued ID / driver`s licenses for security access.
• Pool heats by 1°/hour (max: Pool 88°, Spa 102°). Pool heating fees are final unless equipment malfunctions.
