Our home has a backyard patio that has multiple seating and dining spaces. We offer the following: - Full size pickleball court, we provide paddles and balls - Basketball court, -Locally handcrafted corn hole - Gas fire pit - Propane grill (propane is provided) - Our pool can be heated upon request. Please note it can reach a maximum of 82 degrees and is $75/night. We do not offer partial heatings and must be arranged 48+ hours before your reservation begins. HOST INFORMATION Madeline professionally manages a collection of handcrafted homes designed to bring your group together for 6 West Development. INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME Kitchen: The WIlder is equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided unless left by previous guests (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.). House Supplies: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, shampoo, conditioner, bar of soap, and laundry soap. Once initial supply is depleted, the guest is responsible for replenishing supplies. Other Items: The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Families: We provide a pack n' play, high chair , as well as children's spoons and plates. BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS - You must be 21+ to rent our property - Ring security cameras are placed on all outdoor gated areas and record audio and video for security purposes only. We have 4 total. - We only allow dogs. Our pet fee is $75 for the first dog and $25 for each additional dog. Failure to add a dog prior to your check-in will result in a $250 fee - Smoking is not allowed indoors. - No glass allowed outside or in pool areas. Broken glass in any outdoor area will result in a fine - We do not accept third party bookings. The name on the reservation must be the guest staying - We provide a limited amount of : toilet paper, paper towels, soap, body wash, shampoo/conditioner,& keurig cups , guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies if needed - Do not remove furniture, linens, or decor from the unit or fines will incur. - Given that we live in the desert and are in the midst of monsoon season you may see or encounter wildlife in our area or in our home. These creatures reside in nature and due to temperatures reaching over 100 degrees they are seeking a cooler place to reside. We have a routine pest control on a monthly basis. However, we have no control if one sneaks inside. Therefore, we do not refund if you encounter a bug or two during your stay. - Due to Scottsdale law we most note: the maximum occupancy for this property is not to exceed a family size of size adults and their related dependent children LOCATION The Wilder is located off of Pima Rd & Chaparral in the heart of Scottsdale.
