Only 3 miles away you will find Brockholes activity centre where you can enjoy mini-golf, tree top trampolines, zip-lines, kayaking and archery. There are hundreds of walks available from your front door and it is a great area for keen cyclists. Just over a mile away you will find Orrest Head, an outstanding viewpoint. It was the first ‘summit’ in Lakeland visited by A. Wainwright, author of the famous guidebooks.

There is a retro-style round dining table which offers a great space to catch up and make plans for the day ahead. The lounge area has comfortable sofas, TV/DVD and electric fire.

The private balcony is accessed from the lounge on the second floor and offers stunning views across the fells and Lake Windermere – the perfect place for breakfast on a summer’s day or a glass of bubbly. There is a large private garage on the ground floor, this is ideal for parking up to two cars, storing bikes and sports equipment.
