Fully furnished studio with full kitchen in Hawaiian Monarch. The corner unit with beautiful panorama view of ocean, Diamond Head, city, Ala Wai Canal and parks. Close to beaches & shopping with a queen bed, sofa bed, WiFi, A/C and ceiling fan.
Amenities: pool, hot-tub, Gym, BBQ & dining area, laundry room.
Parking in the building is $45/day or 40/day after when you pay for multiple days. (Cash only)
Hawaiian Monarch building has permit #73151 to legally operate short term rental.
The Space:
Clean and comfortable! The studio is practical and affordable. There's a closet for storage. Full kitchen for all your cooking needs. All the basic necessities are there. Full size fridge for all your foods. Cable TV and wireless Internet available. Secure access is through a key card. Building has 24/7 security.
**Exterior spalling and painting of the building has been going on. Construction noise will be ongoing M-F 9am-5pm.
Guest Access:
Guest has all access to building amenities except front desk.
The Neighborhood:
Building is located in Waikiki, on the corner of Niu st and Ala Wai Blvd. Near the Convention Center, and is about 3 blocs to the beach. Ala Moana shopping center is nearby, as well as supermarkets Food Pantry, and Don Quijote. Walmart is just a little farther then Don Quijote but still in walking distance. The opposite direction is the main street Kalakaua with all the shops and restaurants to keep anyone happy.

Guest will be either be checked in by us, or through lock box. We can adjust to customers request.
