Set within 3 hectares of peaceful wooded grounds, the property is ideal for holidays with family or friends, with a private swimming pool, outdoor dining beneath the trees and games for children.

A 25-hectare forest lies just 600 metres away, offering scenic walks and hiking trails.

A Château for Every Season

Each season brings a different atmosphere to Château de Roche. In winter, the spacious living room provides a warm and inviting setting for family time over hot chocolate, board games or a game of table football, especially during the festive season.

In spring, the grounds come back to life, offering walks beneath the trees, opportunities to spot birds and squirrels, and a swing and trampoline for children.

In summer, of course, the private pool takes centre stage, along with meals in the shade and long evenings in the park.

In autumn, the estate’s changing colours and the nearby forest invite you to enjoy peaceful walks and search for mushrooms.

The accommodation

A private entrance and magnificent original staircase lead to the château’s upper floor, entirely reserved for your stay.

The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing, reading or spending time together. The kitchen and dining room provide a comfortable setting for preparing and sharing meals, with a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils.

A separate laundry room is also available, with a washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Four bedrooms with private bathrooms

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and toilet:

Blue Bedroom

140 cm double bed.

Yellow Bedroom

160 cm double bed.

Red Bedroom

160 cm bed, large bathtub and views over the grounds.

Green Bedroom

200 × 200 cm bed, which can be arranged as two single beds. An additional child’s bed can be provided upon request.

The beds are made before your arrival, and towels are provided. Each bedroom offers storage, a workspace, and either a ceiling or portable fan. In summer, the château’s thick historic walls help keep the interior cooler, while the fans provide added comfort during periods of hot weather.

Private pool and wooded grounds

Guests are welcome to enjoy the château’s peaceful grounds, stroll along the paths, watch the birds and squirrels or share meals beneath the trees.

The large 11 × 5 metre swimming pool, relaxation area and changing room are reserved exclusively for guests. Sun loungers, parasols and pool towels are provided. For everyone’s safety, the pool is fully fenced.

Outdoor games and spacious private parking for several vehicles are also available.

Privacy with help close at hand

The owners, a discreet and welcoming retired couple, live on the ground floor in a separate part of the château. They do not use the swimming pool and are available if needed.

Their son Vincent lives nearby with his family and will be your main point of contact before and during your stay. He will be happy to answer your questions and share his favourite local recommendations, including restaurants, markets, charming villages, vineyards and places to visit.

From Château de Roche, you can easily discover Toulouse, nearby villages, local markets and the wider Occitanie region.

The château offers the peace of the countryside while remaining close to the city and its attractions.

Neighbourhood highlights

Château de Roche is located in Pechbonnieu, in a peaceful and leafy suburban setting, while remaining close to the village’s shops and everyday services.

A supermarket and an excellent bakery can be reached in around 15 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car. The village square, approximately 20 minutes away on foot or 4 minutes by car, also offers restaurants and a bar.

Pechbonnieu provides a wide range of local amenities, including a pharmacy, petrol station, medical centre, physiotherapist, medical laboratory, post office, cash machine, garage and public library.

Two cinemas are located around 10 minutes away by car, in Castelginest and Saint-Geniès-Bellevue.

On Sunday mornings, Pechbonnieu’s market is a lovely place to discover local produce, including bread, eggs, poultry, cheese, fruit and vegetables.

The location offers an ideal balance between peaceful surroundings, village life and easy access to Toulouse.

Other things to note

Château de Roche is a historic property furnished with antique pieces. We kindly ask you to treat the house and its contents with care.

To preserve the peace and quiet of the estate, receptions, weddings, parties and other events are not permitted. Only guests included in the booking may access the accommodation, grounds and swimming pool.

For longer stays during the summer, occasional pool maintenance by a professional may be required. This service is included in the cleaning fee.

The château has three original fireplaces, located in the living room, the Green Bedroom and the Red Bedroom. They are decorative only and must not be used.
