• Primary Bedroom – Upstairs suite with two full-size beds, a dedicated workspace, and a private ensuite bathroom.

• Bedroom 3 – Upstairs bedroom with one full-size bed and a dedicated workspace.

• Bedroom 4 – Upstairs bedroom with one full-size bed, one full-size crib, changing table, two pack and plays, two toddler floor mattresses, and a dedicated workspace.

Additional sleeping options are available downstairs with a pull-out bed in the sectional and a folding/rolling bed.

Guests have full access to the entire home, and yard during their stay, including the pool, lounge chairs, patio, grill, picnic tables, laundry room, game room, kitchen, living room, dining area and home gym.

➤ To help protect the property, gum is strictly prohibited on the premises.
➤ Maintaince and pool guy live across the street and may occasionally be on site for yard, pool, or exterior home maintenance.
➤ Starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided, but guests may need to restock items for the duration of their stay.
➤ Pets are not allowed unless approved before booking. Service dogs welcome.
➤ No third-party bookings. The reservation must be made under the guest’s own account.
➤ No lightning fires inside of home including candles, incense, cigarettes, or 420 products.
➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm.
