Property Protection & Check-In:
As part of our standard pre-arrival process, guests are required to select one of two property protection options: a non-refundable damage waiver or a temporary security hold. The selection and secure processing are completed through Enso Connect, during online check-in prior to arrival. The temporary security hold is released following checkout provided there are no applicable damages or charges. By booking, guests acknowledge this property protection and check-in requirement.

All necessary access codes for entering the property can be found in your Enso Connect Boarding Pass, which is sent to you after booking. Please refer to your Boarding Pass for the most up-to-date check-in and entry information.

If you have any trouble locating it or have questions before arrival, feel free to message us — we’re happy to help!
