Experience desert living in this updated 3 bed/4 bath townhome hugging the Santa Rosa mountains in La Quinta, CA. Located in a resort community with pristine grounds and gorgeous views, 12 pools/spas, clubhouse and fitness center!
This townhome is located in the highly popular Legacy Villas community, a short walk to the famous La Quinta Resort. Enjoy everything this beautiful community has to offer while staying in one of the most desirable townhome layouts.
Open the front door to a spacious living area with a cozy indoor fireplace, 75” TV, and newly updated, tasteful decor. The kitchen is equipped with state of the art appliances and everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Guests have full access to the attached two car garage, laundry room w/ sink and full size washer and dryer. There is a full guest bathroom downstairs with easy access to the main living area. The master suite is located on the ground floor with its own indoor fireplace and TV as well as access to the large back patio. The master bath includes a double vanity, large soaking tub, and walk in shower. The large private patio with grill opens to unobstructed views of the spectacular Santa Rosa Mountains. The second story consists of a desk area, perfect for working from home, as well as two bedrooms and bathrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom and the other bedroom has two twin beds which can be converted into a king upon request at time of booking with its own en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms open up to a private balcony overlooking the mountains. This home is extremely family friendly and has a high chair, pack n play, and two Rad Power e-bikes plus two mountain bicycles available for guest use (2 helmets provided). There is also a wireless printer, should the need arise. It is also located just steps away from a neighborhood pool/spa with the main pool and clubhouse a short walk away.
