Welcome! Nestled in a charming cul-de-sac, this private basement apartment offers a peaceful retreat just minutes from historic Old Town Fort Collins. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families, and happily welcoming your furry friend, this space is an ideal base for exploring all that Fort Collins has to offer.
Recently renovated and spotlessly clean, the apartment features a separate entrance and dedicated parking lot for your convenience. Inside, you'll find everything needed for a comfortable stay: laundry facilities, a partial kitchen with microwave, countertop oven, and stovetop. Plus, enjoy exclusive access to a completely private yard and patio, perfect for relaxing, outdoor dining, or giving your furry friend a little space to roam.
