Welcome to Rua 39, the perfect base to explore Ortigia. This elegant riad-style home blends Mediterranean charm with modern comforts and features a private pool for pure relaxation. Ideal for families or friends, it offers refined spaces and an intimate atmosphere surrounded by sea, culture, and timeless beauty. Note: due to stairs, it may not be suitable for small children or guests with mobility issues.



The Space:

Enjoy an unforgettable stay in this two-level detached house. On the ground floor, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, a patio furnished with plants, and a private indoor and heated pool, ideal for relaxing. A cozy living room features two sofas that convert to twin beds upon request. The second level, accessible via an internal staircase, boasts two luxurious suites, each with a private bathroom and private balcony, for a unique and comfortable stay.



Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive access to the apartment, with a private coded entrance. You'll enjoy all the private spaces, including the three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an additional half-bath, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room. You'll also have exclusive use of the private pool and two balconies. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, and a washing machine for a comfortable stay.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in the heart of the Giudecca district, in the historic center of Ortigia, an area rich in charm and history. Its strategic location allows you to walk to the sea and all the main amenities. Nearby, you'll find a wide selection of restaurants offering local specialties and shops for shopping. Explore the wonders of Ortigia, with its historical and cultural attractions, easily accessible on foot or with short trips.



Getting Around:

Syracuse's main attractions are easily accessible on foot. For those arriving by train, Syracuse train station is about a 20-minute taxi or bus ride away. The nearest airport is Catania-Fontanarossa Airport, about an hour's drive away. We do not have private parking, but paid public parking is available nearby.



Other Things to Note:

The property features internal stairs to access the upper floor. Guests are advised to consider this before booking.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, while check-out is by 10:00 AM.



Smoking is not permitted inside the property, and pets are not allowed.



In accordance with Italian law, upon check-in, you will be required to sign the short-term rental agreement and provide an identity document for mandatory registration with the relevant authorities. Your data will be processed exclusively for legal purposes.



A tourist tax of 4% per person per night applies, up to a maximum of 7 nights, to be paid according to the terms communicated before arrival.



A security deposit is required to cover any damage to the property. This will be returned at the end of your stay after an inspection of the apartment.



Interaction with Guests:

After completing the online check-in, one of our representatives will send you all the information you need to access the property.



For security reasons, the access codes will be communicated on the day of check-in, once all guests have been registered.



Any additional guests not declared during the online check-in process will be required to complete their registration before entering the property and pay any applicable extra fees.



During your stay, I will always be available via the platform's messaging service and will respond as quickly as possible.
