Cable Car House I features two spacious bedrooms, both with stunning sea views, offering a peaceful setting to wake up each morning. The main bedroom includes a built-in wardrobe, while the second bedroom has access to a built-in wardrobe conveniently located just outside the bedroom entrance along the corridor.

The house also includes a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bright open-plan living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

A separate laundry room with a washing machine adds extra convenience.

Free private parking is available on the property.

Câmara de Lobos City Council has implemented a tourist tax, effective October 1st, 2024.The amount to be charged is €2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 13 years old are exempt.

- Guests may not arrive in greater numbers than have previously been approved.

- Liability: The guests are liable for their own safety and should have their children supervised by adults at all times.

- Upon check-in, if you notice any broken or damaged appliances or facilities, please promptly notify us, including a photo if possible.

- NEVER leave the key in the lock on the inside of the door. If the door closes accidentally, it will no longer be possible to open it with another key. In this case, a service must be requested at the guest's expense.

-Each set of lost keys will incur a fee of 50€.

- Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. As a consequence, we need to apply very strong chemical products and spend three times more energy and water trying to avoid discarding these pieces.

-Keep the apartment clean and tidy and take good care of the furniture and equipment. Please do not move the furniture from it's original position.

-Before check-out all rubbish should be deposited in the respective bins located outside of the property.

-Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case it is not scheduled within 48 hours, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.

-Please leave your shoes at the door, especially after a hike in the mountains.

-In Portugal we are obliged to communicate to the SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service) some data that will be requested at the time of booking. This information must be sent when requested.
