THE STUDIO
The room is centered on two queen beds dressed in crisp white linens, set against a deep green accent wall hung with framed nature photography. A wall-mounted smart TV sits across from the beds, and a small round dining table with two chairs makes for an easy spot to eat or work. Wall-mounted air conditioning and heat keep the room comfortable in every season, and a sliding glass door opens onto a private balcony overlooking the square.

THE KITCHENETTE
A compact kitchenette lines one wall of the studio, with a mini refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and rice cooker on a wood credenza. Basic cookware, dishware, and utensils are provided for light meals and snacks, making it easy to keep a coffee routine going or heat up leftovers after a day on the mountain.

THE BATHROOM
The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a tile-topped vanity with a single sink, and a hair dryer, finished with a moose-print shower curtain that fits right in with the mountain setting.

BUILDING 8
The quiet end of the property, with its own parking in Lot 6, a picnic area, bike racks, and a marked path running straight out to the Rail Trail.

PROSPECTOR SQUARE
Right in the middle of Park City, without being in the middle of the crowds. The free shuttle stops out front every 30 minutes, so Main Street and the resorts are a short ride away and your car can stay parked.

THE RAIL TRAIL IS RIGHT OUT THE BACK
You're on it in under a minute.
