Parties: The place is not available for noisy events and celebrations.

Cleanliness: Please wash your dishes and take out the trash before check-out.

House feature: Please note that this is a residential building, so during the day neighbors may occasionally do repairs.

Hello! I want to let you know that repairs have started in the lobby on the 1st floor near the elevator. All residents and guests were asked to temporarily use the elevator from the second floor.
