Your home away from home in Ann Arbor, just a 10-minute drive from the Big House. This 3-bedroom craftsman-style home sleeps your group comfortably across 2 queen beds and 1 full bed, with 2 bathrooms designed for real comfort.
The main bath is a true retreat: a custom tiled shower with a glass door, a striking vessel sink with an artful, vase-inspired shape, light grey porcelain tile underfoot, and a bidet for added convenience. Step in after a long day and it feels less like a bathroom and more like a spa.
Light bamboo floors run throughout the home, paired with craftsman-style cabinetry and trim and soft sandy beige and olive walls that shift room to room. The open layout and abundant natural light give the space a comfortable, easy feel that reads much bigger than its footprint, small enough to feel cozy, open enough to never feel cramped.
Out back, the surprises continue: a massive, private yard where deer wander through regularly, and a fire pit made for winding down once the sun goes down.
Just a short walk away, Packard Street has its own set of local gems: grab a drink at Monty's Pub, get your caffeine fix at Socotra- a vibrant Yemeni coffee shop, or hit up Tmaz for tacos, a no-frills spot the locals actually eat at.
Recently and fully remodeled, this home is well cared for, and we're looking for guests who'll treat it the same way. It's a great fit for a relaxed group looking for a comfortable home base; it's not the spot for parties or rowdy gatherings.
