The space

Monashee Peaks is a welcoming three-level mountain townhome, with plenty of room for one or two families to enjoy a Big White getaway together.

Main level
The main entrance has a convenient area for dropping boots, jackets and other ski gear after a day on the mountain. A private ski locker just outside the front door keeps skis and snowboards conveniently stored.

This level has two queen bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and laundry. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, TV, private half bath and its own covered balcony with BBQ. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, with a full bathroom next to it. A washer and dryer are located on this level.

Upper level
Upstairs is the heart of the home, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable living room with fireplace and TV. After a day on the mountain, settle into the massage chair or step outside to the brand new private hot tub and take in the beautiful Monashee mountain views.

Lower level
The lower level provides a separate sleeping space with a queen bed, two single beds, TV and its own full bathroom. It's a great setup for kids or teens, or as a separate space for a second family.

Ski access

Hit the slopes from the cat track just steps from the townhouse.

Ski out: Click in just steps from the townhouse and follow the cat track toward the Snow Ghost, Ridge Rocket and Plaza Chair lifts.

Ski in: Return via Serwa's Run and follow the Snow Pines access. You can ski within about a block of the townhouse, followed by an easy 1–3 minute walk to the door. With good snow coverage, it's often possible to ski along the road right to the townhouse.

Location

Monashee Peaks is located in Snow Pines Estates, a quiet mountainside neighbourhood at Big White Ski Resort.

The Village is about a 15-minute walk along a lit pathway, where you'll find restaurants, pubs, a grocery store, shops, ski rentals, ski school, spa services and more.

The free Big White resort shuttle stops about a 3-minute walk from the townhouse and runs approximately every 30 minutes during the winter, making it easy to get to the Village or Happy Valley without driving.

Happy Valley offers beginner terrain, skating, tubing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and other family activities, and is connected to the Village by the free gondola.

Between the ski access, free resort shuttle and walkable location, you can park the car when you arrive and rarely need it again.
