Summary:
A beautiful one bedroom period semi detached home. The accommodation is set up over two floors with the bedroom, living room and large kitchen on ground floor together with WC. Upstairs is the main bathroom with large shower and bath plus a study space just off the landing. At the front is plenty of private parking and a large garden is at the back. A great space for a short beak or longer stay for work.
Guest Access:
The house is all yours to enjoy and completely private. There are 3 locked off bedrooms upstairs.
The Neighborhood:
Perfectly positioned close to local shops and amenities and just a 10 minute walk from Taunton train station. Taunton town centre is a further 20 minutes walk and buses also take you in if needed.
Other Things to Note:
No pets allowed.
There is an old pond at the top of the garden - please be very carfeul as it is quite a drop.
Interaction with Guests:
Roost are the managing agents and will be on call during your stay.
