Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the wider Gold Coast, with off-street parking available at the property.



Taxis and rideshare services are readily available, and Broadbeach, Pacific Fair, The Star Gold Coast and the beach are all approximately 10 minutes away by car.

• Check-in from 2:00pm

• Check-out by 10:00am

• Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge and can only be confirmed within three days of arrival

• Midday is the maximum early check-in or late check-out extension available

• The pontoon is available for guests to enjoy; however, boat mooring or watercraft access must be approved by management before arrival

• Adult bookings may be subject to age and purpose-of-stay verification

• Cats are strictly not permitted

• Dogs may be considered with prior management approval

• A $300 pet fee applies per approved dog and is charged separately after approval

• Guests requesting to bring a dog must provide the breed, nature and a photo prior to approval

• Unapproved pets may incur additional charges
