Other things to note
1) This is a FAMILY oriented property and neighbourhood! PARTIES NOT ALLOWED!!!
2) Upon arrival a PRIVATE HOLIDAY RENTAL CONTRACT will be signed between the Guests and the property representative, NORWEGIAN REAL ESTATES. There will be all specified points and rules mentioned in it. And an INVENTORY LIST attached.
3) All the travelling guests will need to send copies of their passports, address, telephone number and email for the Holiday Rental Contract. As per Spanish Law and Police Norms.
4) Do not forget that we are requesting our guests to pay a 1.000 euros PRIVATE SECURITY DEPOSIT (for the keys and the inventory) prior or upon your arrival.
An inventory list will be provided and signed on arrival!
The security deposit will be refunded within the next 48 hours after the check/ out after checking the condition of the property!!!!!
5) NO CHECK-OUT and CHECK-IN ACCEPTED:
BEFORE 10 a.m. or after 10 p.m.
