Escape to our cozy waterfront cottage on Georgian Bay, just 40 minutes north of Barrie. Tucked away on a peaceful dead-end road and surrounded by quiet neighbours, the cottage sits on a large private lot overlooking a calm, protected inlet — perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding and relaxing by the water.

The cottage has plenty of space for families and groups. The upper loft features a king bed, three single beds, blackout curtains and a TV with Bell Fibe, making it a comfortable sleeping space even for those who like to sleep in. On the main level are two bedrooms with bunk beds, a full bathroom, dining area and family room with an additional bed and a huge 75-inch TV.

One of our favourite spaces is the separate waterfront boathouse, furnished as an additional hangout area with comfortable seating and a large TV. It means even a rainy or cooler cottage day doesn't have to keep everyone inside the main house — you can hang out right at the water and still catch the game or watch a movie.

There is tons to do without ever leaving the property. Head out on the water with the kayaks and paddleboards, relax in the hammock, warm up in the wood-fired outdoor sauna, or gather around the fire pit at night. For some friendly competition, we have hockey nets, cornhole, giant Connect Four and lots of other outdoor games. Inside, you'll also find a selection of board games for family game nights and rainy days.

For outdoor meals, guests have both a traditional BBQ and a large Blackstone griddle, so there's plenty of room for everything from burgers and steaks to big cottage breakfasts.

We try to make packing as easy as possible. We provide sheets, comforters, pillows, bath towels and dish towels, along with firewood for the fire pit. Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles.

Although you'll feel tucked away at the cottage, you're only about 5 minutes from the LCBO, Tim Hortons, Subway, restaurants and other conveniences, and approximately 40 minutes north of Barrie.

This is a relaxed, character-filled Georgian Bay cottage made for families, friends, campfires, swimming, paddling, games, sauna nights, BBQs and making memories by the water.
