The Space:
Lovely, artsy and modern newly furnished flat at the perfect location, laid out across 2 different floors.
Our brightly lit 3-bedroom provides an excellent home base for a pleasantly memorable stay in London. It's situated on a quiet street in a friendly and peaceful neighborhood, 10 minutes from Whitechapel Station, 10 minutes from Aldgate East and only 18 minutes' walk from the iconic Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Finally, you would also be only 20–25 minutes' walk from the marvellous St. Katharine Docks in Wapping, one of my favourite places to unwind while sipping a drink overlooking the boats.

50 minutes from Heathrow Airport
55 minutes from Gatwick Airport
65–70 minutes from Stansted Airport
Rooms
The 3-bedroom features 3 cozy bedrooms with comfortable double beds. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor facing the main road, but with double-glazed windows offering great insulation. The third and last one is located on the top floor, assuring the ultimate privacy from the rest of the flat. It's an attic room - very cosy.
Loads of natural light comes from the ceiling windows in two of the three rooms, and a unique design of exposed wood makes this flat very appealing.
All bedrooms will guarantee you a restful night of sleep with each room’s darkening curtains.
Kitchen and living room
In the beautifully laid-out open-space kitchen, living and dining area, you will find a 45-inch TV with Netflix, a comfortable large sofa, armchair and designer coffee table. The living room is a great place to relax and enjoy yourself.
The dining area includes a beautiful oak dining table and 6 dining chairs.
The kitchen allows for a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills. It’s very well equipped with oil, balsamic, coffee, tea, a big toaster, kettle, French press, Nespresso De'Longhi coffee machine, big fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine and more.
Bathroom
The house has one full bathroom with a shower on top of the bath and 1 separate toilet. The bathroom features a nice and wide ceiling window with loads of natural light coming inside, which is rare in London.
Baby cot
We have a foldable cot with a small mattress (100 × 74 × 74 cm, 4 sides mesh, suitable from birth to 36 months). Please request it and we will get it ready for you. We don’t provide a proper baby mattress or any baby duvet/bedding. Please br
Guest Access:
You will need to take 23 stairs to get inside property.
There are stairs inside the flat as well.
From ground floor of the flat to the first floor is 12 stairs and 12 stairs to the 2nd floor leading to the attic bedroom.
Other Things to Note:
Stays longer than 12 days need to purchase additional cleaning (mid stay cleaning)
If stays longer than 30 days - 2 additional cleanings need to be purchased
Last minute booking - check in starts at 5pm (availability might vary and house might be ready at 3pm already)
No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pet policy.
No Parties, Gatherings, or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly not allowed on the premises. We live next door (we had a bad experience so we are very careful and want to inform people in advance that partying doesn't go with this house) :)
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.
No Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbours during these times.
Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay.
Key Management: Please take care of the keys provided. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee.
Respect the Space: We ask that all guests treat our home with care. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.
We do professionally dry clean all our bed sheets and towels. We do not iron our sheets.
