GUEST ACCESS

The entire property is available to travellers during their stay.

Guests have full access to the living and dining areas, open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, main sea-view terrace and private panoramic rooftop.

The rooftop is accessed directly from the apartment via the internal staircase located at the entrance.

CLEANING & LINENS

Our team takes special care in cleaning and maintaining the apartments we manage, ensuring an impeccable environment for our guests.

Bed linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

LATE CHECK-IN

A late check-in fee of €60 applies for arrivals between 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm.

No arrivals are possible after 10:00 pm.

The fee is payable upon key handover to the person who welcomes you, so guests are kindly asked to plan their arrival accordingly.

EARLY CHECK-IN

The official check-in time is 3:00 pm.

An early check-in fee of €40 applies to requests for arrival before the official check-in time.

Whenever possible, the team will do its best to prepare the apartment as a priority once the previous guest has departed. Depending on availability, this may allow guests to be welcomed for luggage drop-off and key handover before the apartment is fully ready.

Arrivals before 9:00 am are not possible.

The early check-in fee is payable upon key handover.

BABY EQUIPMENT

A baby cot can be provided on request for an additional €25, payable on site.

A highchair can also be provided on request for an additional €25, payable on site.

Please request these items in advance so they can be prepared for your arrival.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

Because of the apartment's elevated position and direct exposure to the sea, strong winds may occur. For safety and furniture protection, the rooftop and terrace instructions must be followed carefully.

The terrace awnings serving the living room and master suite must always be closed when guests are away or whenever strong winds occur.

The rooftop parasol must be folded whenever it is not in use or when guests leave the rooftop.

The outdoor sofa cushions on the rooftop must be brought inside after use.

Guests are asked to read the Apartment Manual and House Rules included with the listing, particularly the safety rules concerning the rooftop terrace and its equipment.

The owner cannot be held liable if these instructions are not respected. Any missing or damaged equipment resulting from failure to follow the instructions will be charged to the guests and must be replaced at their expense.

Please note once again that the rooftop jacuzzi is NOT functional and cannot be used.
