The true showstopper is the HUGE resort-style pool featuring a separate spa/bubbler area, surrounded by beautifully curated outdoor spaces made for all-day fun. Enjoy dinner outdoors, relax with your morning coffee on the screened-in porch, or let the kids play in the fully fenced backyard.

The private pool can be heated any time of year for an additional fee of $70 per day and must be heated for the duration of your stay. The fee is collected after booking.

We encourage all guests to purchase Travel Insurance (specifically, cancel for ANY reason) through the booking platform or a third-party provider. Life happens, and travel insurance can help protect your vacation investment if your plans change. Please note that we do not make exceptions to our cancellation policy, regardless of the reason.

PARKING:

THIS PROPERTY IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. This includes smoking of any kind, including vaping and hookah.

*IMPORTANT:* This is our home, and we are excited to share it with fellow beach lovers. We expect every guest to respect the home, its contents, and all house rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. This is not the house for parties or night owls.

The entire house and private backyard are yours to enjoy!

You MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD to book this home, and the person who books the reservation must be present for the entire stay.

The home has three exterior cameras—one at the front door, one at the side of the house, and one overlooking the back entrance to the home. All devices are used for check-in, check-out, and security purposes and have video and audio recording capabilities. They may not be tampered with, covered, unplugged, or otherwise disabled. Evidence of camera tampering will result in immediate trip cancellation without a refund.

WEATHER-RELATED REFUNDS:
We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions regarding tropical storms, hurricanes, and other severe weather. Our standard cancellation policy will apply unless an active evacuation order is in place. Any exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

The following items must be completed within 24 hours of booking, or the reservation will be cancelled:

* A rental agreement must be signed.
* A copy of a government-issued photo ID must be submitted. The name on the ID must match the name on the reservation and the card submitted for the security hold.
* A $500 off-platform security hold must be scheduled. The hold is scheduled after booking but will not be placed until two days before arrival. It will be released five days after departure, provided no damages are reported.

You will not receive your access code until the security hold is scheduled and confirmed and the signed rental agreement has been received.

No third-party bookings are permitted. Any evidence of a third-party booking will result in immediate cancellation without a refund and forfeiture of the security deposit.
