The space
Our home was built in the 1980s, but the suite has been recently renovated to provide a modern, comfortable, and welcoming stay. The pathway leading to the suite is surrounded by mature landscaping, creating a peaceful and private setting. Enjoy your own private yard, complete with a plum tree, and relax outdoors while taking in the beautiful views of the surrounding Garry oak meadows.

One dedicated parking space is available on the property for guest use.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire suite, ensuring a private and comfortable stay.

The suite includes a private yard and concrete patio with outdoor seating and a dining area for guests to enjoy.

Other things to note
While the suite is soundproofed, occasional thumps and footsteps may still be audible.

While the yard and patio are reserved for your private use, the homeowners may occasionally access the shed. We will make every effort to minimize any disruption during your stay.

During the summer months, the sprinkler system is scheduled to run twice a week during the early morning hours.
