Welcome to this completely renovated house, located in a quiet area, close to the beach of Pors-Carn, La Torche and the port of Saint-Guénolé.
Come and enjoy a pleasant stay in this charming fisherman's house completely renovated and ideally located to discover the charm of the Breton coast. The house is close to many must-see sites: the Pointe de la Torche, the beach of Pors-Carn, the lighthouse of Eckmuhl and the charming fishing port of Saint-Guénolé.
The house offers a warm and friendly setting, perfect for holidays with family or friends. You can also enjoy an enclosed garden, ideal for relaxing, having meals outside or letting the children enjoy the space in complete safety. Our four-legged friends are also welcome.
The house can accommodate up to 5 people and is available all year round for your holidays or short stays in Brittany.
The bedrooms
The house has 3 bedrooms:
2 bedrooms each equipped with a large double bed of 160 × 200 cm.
A small bedroom located above the garage, equipped with a single bed, ideal for a teenager.
This configuration is particularly suitable for a family or two couples.
Appreciable comfort
The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, which brings real comfort when staying with several people.
Completely renovated, the house offers a convivial living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen as well as a lounge area.
You can also enjoy the outdoors with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
The house has free WIFI.
Water is included in the rental price however electricity is extra, depending on consumption, with reading on arrival and departure. We also charge for sheets and towels for a total of 50€.
