Wake up to beautiful Greers Ferry Lake views at this spacious 4-bedroom lakefront retreat! Sleeps up to 10 with queen beds in all four bedrooms plus a full-size Murphy bed in the bonus room. Enjoy the easy walk to the lake, screened porch, outdoor fire pit, and neighborhood boat ramp. Traveling with a larger group? One or both guest cabins on the property may be added for additional 4 more guests, subject to availability. EV travelers will appreciate the 40-amp 240V outlet for a travel van/RV and an electric vehicle charger w/ 25ft. There is boat shore Access!

• OUTDOOR SPACE
Relax around the house’s private fire pit, enjoy the peaceful wooded surroundings, and take in the lake-area setting.
Two guest cabins are also located on the property. If a cabin is occupied during your stay, portions of the backyard may be shared. The cabins have their own separate fire pit area, so each accommodation has a designated place to relax outdoors.

Traveling with a larger group? One or both cabins may be available to add to your stay, creating a great setup for extended families, grandparents, adult children, couples, or friends who want to vacation together while still having their own private accommodations. A 40A/240V Level 2 portable EV charger with a 25-ft cable is available on-site. It uses a J1772 connector, compatible with many EVs and plug-in hybrids. Please let us know before arrival if you plan to use the charger.
• PARKING & BOATS
Parking accommodates approximately 4–5 vehicles, depending on vehicle size. Limited space may also be available for a boat and trailer, depending on the number of vehicles in your group. Please message us if you’re bringing a boat. *** Note there is a Blink security camera aimed at the front door, first cabin and driveway***. ***Up to 2 well trained/house trained Dogs under 60lbs are allowed. There is a one non-refundable $50 pet fee. Please select traveling with pet. If not reported at time of reservation and if we see pet is there at check-in there will be an additional $100 fee applied. You are responsible for any fees accrued due to pet stains on carpet or damaged caused by pet(s).
