The space
The fun starts the moment you arrive. The heart of the home is the beautifully appointed kitchen featuring:

• Large island with ample seating
• Spacious dining table for group meals
• Upgraded coffee bar complete with whole coffee beans, grinder, and flavored syrups
• Fully stocked kitchen for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to family feasts

The comfortable living room offers plenty of seating, a large smart TV, and streaming services so everyone can relax after a day of adventure.

Bedroom set ups include:

Master bedroom (located on the first floor, access from patio)- king bed with ensuite bathroom/shower

2nd bedroom- king bed with ensuite bathroom/shower

3rd bedroom- queen bed

4th bedroom- 2 bunk beds consisting of 2 twin beds & 2 full beds.

All four bedrooms feature their own TV, giving guests a private retreat when it's time to unwind.

One deck overlooks the quiet community, scenic pond, and community pool, which is available to guests at no additional charge and just a one-minute walk from the home.

The second deck faces a protected wildlife preserve, providing peaceful views and opportunities to spot local wildlife and coastal birds.

Nature lovers won't want to miss this wildlife preserve boardwalk which is located just a minute down the road. Stroll through the preserve and enjoy breathtaking sunset views, coastal scenery, and opportunities to spot unique and rare bird species. Locals have even reported sightings of the area's famous flamingo "Pink Floyd".

Guest access
Guests have access to entire home with the exception of one locked supply closet.

Other things to note
No guests over the 12 maximum guest limit without prior approval from management.

Must be 21 or older to book.

Quiet hours 11pm-7am.

Beach amenities available for additional cost. Includes chairs, shade, beach toys, boogie boards, portable speaker, etc.

Safety gates on top & bottom of staircase, front & back of house.

Community Pool just a short 1 minute walk away, open to community members and their guests open from 10am-10pm.
