The condo is on the third floor of the building.

The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, large windows flanking a gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi-Fi. The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience. The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, one indoor hot tub and one outdoor hot tub on the spacious sundeck. A workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike. There are paid laundry facilities as well.

House Rules: No smoking is not allowed at the unit and is strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking on the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
