Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full access to all three levels of the main living space, including every bedroom and bathroom, both kitchens, all living and entertaining areas, the home theatre, home office, and the gated backyard patio. Free driveway parking is available for up to four vehicles. Two lower-level areas of the home are separately secured and not included in the rental.



The Neighborhood:

Tucked into a quiet, tree-lined crescent in north Burnaby, this estate sits within a peaceful residential pocket close to Burnaby Lake and Deer Lake Regional Parks, both known for walking trails, birdwatching, and waterside picnic spots. The area has a relaxed, family-friendly character, with leafy streets giving way to well-regarded cafés, bakeries, and neighbourhood restaurants just a short drive away. Simon Fraser University's mountaintop campus, the shops and dining of Lougheed Town Centre, and the expansive Metropolis at Metrotown mall are all within easy reach, making this a well-connected base for both quiet relaxation and city exploration.



Getting Around:

The home is best explored by car, with quick access to Highway 1 for trips into downtown Vancouver (about 20–25 minutes) or out to the Fraser Valley. Several TransLink bus routes run along nearby Sperling Avenue and Government Road, connecting to the Production Way–University and Lougheed Town Centre SkyTrain stations, both within a short drive. Free on-site driveway parking makes a rental car the easiest way to get around, though rideshares and transit are readily available for guests who prefer not to drive.

• This home accommodates a maximum of 8 guests in line with Burnaby's short-term rental occupancy limit.

• A basement-level suite with its own private entrance is separately occupied and is not part of this rental.

• Please note that the home is spread across multiple levels, with stair access connecting all spaces.

• As much as we love furry friends, we’re unable to host pets at this home.
