• Please note that the home is spread across multiple levels, with stair access connecting all spaces.

• Garage is off-limits to guests; the driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles, and you can park on the street if needed.



HOUSE RULES:

• We require that the primary guest making the reservation be 30 years of age or older. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this booking requirement.

• Strictly no parties, events, or large gatherings of any kind — this is a private residential home in a quiet neighbourhood, and we take this rule seriously. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and must be respected at all times

• This is a quiet residential home, not an event space. The primary booker must be present for the entire stay and takes full responsibility for ensuring all guests respect the home and the house rules

• No smoking anywhere on the property or grounds

• This home is a no-shoes indoor space — slippers are provided for your comfort

• As much as we love all furry friends, we’re only able to accommodate small-mid hypoallergenic dogs. If you plan to bring a pet, please message us before booking so we can confirm suitability. Please note that there will be a $100 CAD pet fee.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
