Beach access:

• Tutti Frutti is conveniently located within walking distance of public beach access along Scenic Highway 30A.

• Campbell Street Beach Access is located across Scenic 30A from Campbell Street and Seagrove Plaza.

• Pelayo Beach Access features a scenic boardwalk through coastal trees, a Gulf-view deck with seating, a shower, and a bicycle rack. Vehicle parking is not available at this access.

• Santa Clara Regional Beach Access is the closest ADA-accessible option and includes parking, restrooms, and seasonal lifeguards.

Local dining and exploration:

• Tutti Frutti provides convenient access to the restaurants, shops, and coastal communities surrounding Seagrove Beach and Seaside.

• Starter Essentials: The home includes an initial supply of paper towels, kitchen trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent pods, and travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup-remover cloths.

• Internet Access: High-speed Wi-Fi is provided. Guests who require uninterrupted connectivity may wish to travel with a personal hotspot as a backup.

• Construction Notice: Construction or maintenance may occur throughout the surrounding area without advance notice. Coastline Collections is not responsible for disruptions caused by city, county, utility, or neighboring property projects outside our control.

• Shipping Policy: Coastline Collections does not have access to the property's mailbox. Shipping items to the home is at your own risk. We recommend coordinating with the carrier or using a secure local pickup location.
