This newly built 5-bedroom retreat in Donnelly's Woods at Norwood neighborhood blends privacy with easy access to Lake Cascade and Tamarack Ski Resort. Soaring ceilings, a custom kitchen, and a fireplace-lit living room open to a patio with a hot tub and fire pit under the pines. Two main-floor primary suites offer adult privacy, while upstairs bedrooms and a game room keep kids entertained. With a long driveway for cars or toys, it's built for family getaways and group escapes alike.
Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received.

Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing
To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee for groups above 6 guests. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.

Pet Policy
Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee:
$50 for 1 dog
$100 for 2 dogs
Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Please note: Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee.

Smoking & Substance Policy
This is a smoke-free home:
No smoking or vaping
No recreational drug use
Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees.

Neighborhood Quiet Hours
City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors.

Digital Guestbook & Add-Ons
We provide a digital guestbook with essential details about your stay, house information, local recommendations, and checkout instructions. You can also request early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and a small fee) through the guestbook.

Security Deposit & Damage Waiver
Some booking channels require a fully refundable $500 security deposit. If applicable, you’ll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation.
You may also choose to purchase a $49 damage waiver (covering up to $1,000 of accidental damage) for additional peace of mind.
