It's the kind of neighborhood where you grab coffee in the morning, walk the trail, hit a patio for lunch, and end up at a live show by night.



Getting Around:

Honestly, you might not need your car much. Broad Ripple Village is walkable from the house, and the Monon Trail connects you to other neighborhoods and downtown. For stadium events or anything south of the city, a car or rideshare is about 20 minutes.



Other Things to Note:

Broad Ripple is a lively neighborhood, especially on weekends, so expect some energy in the area. That said, the house is tucked on a quieter stretch of 64th Street.
